Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Navigate Marketing Ltd collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Navigate Marketing Ltd is a marketing consultancy based in Horsley, Surrey, and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@navigatemarketing.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and your business name and phone number if you choose to give them. If you email, call or message us directly, we receive whatever you send.
We don't use cookies or tracking on this website, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to provide our services. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We will never sell your information or use it to send you marketing you haven't asked for.
Who else handles it
- Formspree receives contact form messages and forwards them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States and protects data sent there with the safeguards UK law requires.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it briefly records technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this website, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for no more than two years if we don't go on to work together. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@navigatemarketing.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
