St Matthew's social post: The Infant School Advantage. Small School. Big Opportunities. With the Ofsted Outstanding Provider badge.

The challenge

St Matthew's had several important moments to communicate — from celebrating its 125th anniversary and Outstanding Ofsted rating to attracting prospective families through its Open Mornings.

Each needed a clear message, the right mix of channels and a simple journey that made it easy for people to respond, book or get involved.

The approach

  1. The Big 125

I developed the campaign website and ticket-buying journey, including the forms and processes behind it. I also helped shape fundraising propositions designed to generate additional income for the school, including the Celebration Ball and 125 Club.

  2. Outstanding Ofsted

I created an awareness campaign to maximise the school's Outstanding Ofsted rating, combining a large outdoor banner with flyers distributed through local nurseries and the community, alongside coordinated Facebook and Instagram activity.

  3. Open Mornings

I planned the Open Morning campaign from start to finish, developing the messaging, social content and flyer copy.

The wider campaign brought together nursery and community outreach, a branded nursery email, Meta advertising creative and copy, and a clear sign-up journey — supported by the school website, Google Business Profile and email communications.

Bringing it all together

This work shows how I approach school marketing: not as a series of separate activities, but as one connected campaign built around a clear objective.

From strategy and messaging through to creative, digital, print, paid media and the final booking journey, I bring the different elements together so schools can make more of the moments that matter.

This is Campaigns & launches, one of the four ways to work with me.
