The challenge
Move Nourish Change had evolved significantly, but its website and messaging no longer reflected the depth of Ryre’s expertise or the direction of the business.
The positioning leaned towards traditional nutritional therapy and broad wellness, while Ryre was increasingly supporting clients with burnout, stress, low energy and hormone health. Her different ways of working also needed to be easier to understand, so prospective clients could quickly see where to begin.
The approach
Positioning
I reviewed the business as a whole — its positioning, offers, messaging hierarchy and client journey — and refined the core proposition around burnout, stress, energy and hormone health.
The website messaging was then built around one simple idea:
Restore your energy. Recover from burnout. Feel more like yourself again.
Clarifying the offer
I defined the role of each offer so they complemented rather than competed with one another.
The Restore & Reset Programme became a structured four-week starting point, 1:1 Personalised Support was positioned for more individual or complex needs, and The Resilience Circle provided continued support and accountability.
Together, they create a clearer client journey from first step to longer-term support.
Developing the website
I refined the messaging and copy across the homepage, About, programme and service pages, balancing Ryre’s professional expertise with the warmth behind the brand.
I also repositioned Talks & Workshops as Workplace Wellbeing and reviewed calls to action, terminology, navigation and page flow so the next step is always clear.
Creative direction
I recommended a simpler, more consistent visual direction — less stock imagery, more white space, a tighter colour palette, consistent typography and layouts, and greater visibility for Ryre herself throughout the website.
The outcome
Move Nourish Change has evolved from a broad nutritional therapy proposition into a clearer, more confident health and wellbeing brand, with stronger messaging, a defined offer structure and a simpler journey for prospective clients.
Rather than simply rewriting a website, the project created a stronger strategic foundation — bringing positioning, services, messaging and client journey together around the direction the business is growing.
This is Get clear, one of the four ways to work with me.
